Mozlegal offers 1000 copies of the bilingual version of the new Labour Law
Mozlegal starts this Wednesday, June 18, 2008, the free distribution of the bilingual version (English and Portuguese) of of the new Labour Law, Law 23/2007 of 01 August.
The thousand samples of the law, valued at 200.000 meticais, will be distributed to students who attend the Law School at Eduardo Mondlane University in Maputo, and also to students who attend law classes in the provinces of Beira and Nampula.
In addition to students from public and private universities, are also included in this offering some of the government institutions such as ministries, libraries and courts, and also the trade unions / syndicates.
All persons not covered by this free distribution, may acquire the bilingual version of the new Labour Law, Law 23/2007 of 01 August at Mozlegal Offices, Hotel Cardoso and bookstores at the single price of 200 meticais.
The new Labour Law, Law 23/2007 of 01 August is part of the third generation of labour legislation in Mozambique and aims to facilitate investment and economic development, protectionist of entrepreneurship and more open to the trade union movement.
